Delivery and returns
How long does it take
A lamp in stock leaves the workshop 3 to 5 working days after your payment. A lamp that is out of stock is made for you and arrives in 3 to 4 weeks. cathelier pieces are always made to order and arrive within 4 weeks, counting from the approval of the design — almost always sooner. Each product page and the basket will tell you which is the case before you pay, and an order will be shipped together once the last piece is ready.
After leaving the workshop, delivery is made by MRW.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order leaves the workshop.
If it arrives damaged
Photograph it before you unpack any further and write to ithos@outlook.pt. On a consumer purchase, a fault that appears within 30 days of delivery lets you choose: repair or replacement, free of charge, or a refund straight away (Articles 15 and 16 of Decree-Law No 84/2021). The rest is in the terms of sale.
Returns
You have 14 days to change your mind. A personalised piece is made just for you, so these days do not apply. See your right to cancel to find out how it works and what is not covered.
The legal guarantee
Everything you buy as a consumer carries a 3-year legal guarantee, from delivery. If a piece stops being what it should be, write to us. See your legal guarantee rights.
